  • Temporal Decay: Historic performance records degrade in relevance after major infrastructure overhauls or ownership transitions, necessitating time-weighted decay functions on legacy data points.

While a rating score delivers an immediate, comparative index across competing platforms by collapsing multi-dimensional criteria into a single standardized figure, a qualitative review provides contextual narrative detailing specific user workflows, performer interactions, and nuanced edge behavior that numerical indices cannot represent in isolation.
