Our verdict
TGirls suits adults who want a trans-focused cam site rather than a general roster, and free shows sit alongside a paid membership, with an overall score of 0.8. The trade-off is narrow choice: niches hold trans, payment runs through credit card, paypal and bitcoin, and support sits in help centre.

Who it suits
- Adults who want a trans-focused cam site with free shows rather than a broad roster.
- Readers comfortable with a membership at $44.99 and a payment list of credit card, paypal and bitcoin.
- Readers who are happy to handle questions through a help centre.
Who should look elsewhere
- SakuraLive suits readers who want card and PayPal payments only, listed as Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
- Xtease suits readers who pay by bank transfer or prepaid cards, both in credit card, debit card and prepaid card.

Who runs it
TGirls is operated by SMY-Web, Inc. / Millennium TGA, Inc., the entity named in the group's own compliance terms, so the company behind the site can be traced. Support runs on help centre, which is the only help route listed for members. Questions about an account, a charge or a membership therefore go through that channel rather than a direct contact address.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a TGirls membership cost?+
A membership is priced at $44.99, set out on the site's own signup page. Free shows are listed as a yes, so the paid membership is the only spend on offer. Payment is taken through credit card, paypal and bitcoin, which covers cards, PayPal and bitcoin.
Can I watch TGirls without paying?+
Free shows are listed as a yes, and the site sits behind an adult age gate with Terms acceptance, so an adult can browse before paying. The paid step is a membership of $44.99, and the free streams sit in the same trans lineup.
Which payment methods does TGirls take?+
The listed payment methods are credit card, paypal and bitcoin, so cards, PayPal and bitcoin are covered. SakuraLive lists Visa, Mastercard and PayPal and Jerkmate lists credit card, while Xtease takes the longest set at credit card, debit card and prepaid card.
What kind of shows is TGirls for?+
The niche list holds trans, and that is the full roster rather than a single category among many. Readers who want a mixed lineup across several niches will find the choice here narrower. The feature list shown on the site covers hd, mobile and crypto.
Can I use TGirls on a phone?+
Mobile is listed among the features, shown as hd, mobile and crypto, so the site is set up for a smaller screen. Access begins with an adult age gate that also asks for Terms acceptance. The membership at $44.99 applies on a phone as well as a desktop.
Who runs TGirls?+
The legal entity is SMY-Web, Inc. / Millennium TGA, Inc., named in the group's compliance terms, so the operator behind the site can be traced. Support is handled through help centre, which is the only channel listed. In other words, there is a named company and one documented place to take a question.
How do I get help on TGirls?+
Support runs on help centre, so a question is answered through written help pages rather than a live channel. Across the sites in the comparison, help-centre support scores 91.8%, higher than email or phone. That makes the help centre the realistic route for any account question.
